DURING THE TENANCY (PAYABLE TO THE AGENT)
- Payment of £50 to change the tenancy agreement or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
- Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3%
- Payment of £50 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
- Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with the tenant's early termination of the tenancy including related charges incurred by the landlord to remarket the property, source suitable tenants and progress an application through to a successful ‘move in’

- Utilities - gas, electricity, water
- Communications - telephone and broadband
- Installation of cable/satellite
- Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
- Television licence
- Council Tax

Administration Fee: £500+VAT
Director Guarantee: £150+VAT
First Month's Rent: 1 months
Deposit: 6 weeks' rent.
Inventory: £120-£330 +VAT (depending on bedrooms)
