Finding you quality tenants
Whether your looking for a short term or long term rental we aim to find the best tenant possible ensuring each tenant is fully referenced through our stringent referencing process and background check which includes ID verification, UK right to rent checks, credit checks, previous letting references, employment references and affordability checks in order to qualify for a comprehensive rental warranty or rental protection insurance. Once we have found you the best tenant we then take care of the relevant paperwork and legal obligations including tenancy contract preparation and signing, tenant move in and handover, deposit registration with a government approved custodial scheme, inventory and check in report and compliance with safety regulations and legislation.
Rent Protection Insurance
Rent Protection insurance acts as a safeguard should your tenants be unable to pay their rent. At Lux Homes we strive to always put the best tenant into your property however even the best tenants can fall on hard times and in these instances we need to make sure you as a landlord and your asset are protected. As part of our letting service we offer a range of rent protection insurance products that will cover you if the tenant can’t or won’t pay so that you don’t lose out and will cover the costs if the tenant needs to be evicted due to ongoing non payments of rental. Taking out rent protection insurance is an optional but highly recommended. If you wish to take out a policy we will manage tis throughout the tenancy as part of our lettings service.
